EQUIPMENT AND CHARGES

  • Public rates (including Members) do not include tables and chairs or equipment rentals unless a part of a package.
  • All a la carte rentals include the rented space, empty. In-room projectors, screens and TV's are included. All equipment (tables, chairs, stagging, dance floor) can be rented for an additional fee. 
  • Friday/Saturday event minimum is $4,000 (Inclusive of Room Rental, Equipment and Bar)
  • Rental rates for Student Organizations and University of Maryland College Park Department include tables, red and black conference chairs, podiums, and easels. Applicable discounts apply to additional equipment and upgrades excluding AV equipment and staffing charges. 
  • All rentals are subject to cleaning, security and applicable staffing charges.
  • Prices and availability are subject to change.
  • Not all items are available for each room configuration.
