*Campus includes Alumni Association members, campus affiliates, nonprofit organizations and active military.

Room capacities are based on the square footage of the room and do not take into consideration additional items such as staging, audiovisual equipment, dance floors, food tables, etc.

The Rever Alumni Hall of Fame is included in bookings of Orem Alumni Hall. It must be booked in conjunction with another event space if booking on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday. If the event is within two months, booking of Rever individually is permitted.

Rates

Monday-Friday

8 a.m.-5 p.m.: all events receive the member rate.

January and February

Orem Alumni Hall rentals and wedding/special event packages receive a 15% discount. Excludes student group rates.

Student Groups

Student Group rates are always available for Sunday - Friday dates. Student Group rates are only available for Saturday dates 2 months prior to the event.

Additional Event Costs
Audiovisual tech on site: $320 full day / $160 half day
Bottled water: $2 each
Silver chivari chairs: $4 each
Parking validation available for guests: per request; client will be billed
Stage: $350 (12'x18' maximum)
Additional event hours: $300 per hour
Additional set up time: $300 per hour
Additional uplighting: $30 per light, 42 max

Meeting Package Incentive

Any event that reserves one section of the ballroom and two breakout rooms will receive a one-hour complimentary beer/wine/soda reception at its conclusion. Food and bartender are not included.
