  • Student Organizations and UMCP Department Rates include Tables and Red Conference Chairs. Their discount applies to additional equipment and upgrades.
  • Public rates (including Members) do not include tables and chairs or equipment rentals unless a part of a package.
  • For all Clients Hourly rentals include just the room, no equipment (i.e. tables and chairs).
  • All prices include use of the in room projectors and screens and house sound.
  • All rentals are subject to cleaning, security and applicable staffing charges.
